The Weatherization Assistant gives you the option to adjust billing data. When you enter utility billing information into either NEAT or MHEA, check the Billing Adjustment box under the Libraries and Other Options section to use this feature. Weatherization Assistant will then compare the actual energy usage of the house or mobile home to the predicted value to adjust your savings calculations.
